Well after a long wait for an appointment, the software has been updated and seems to have fixed the bug. Let's just hope it has not introduced anything new!

Great news, thanks for the update. Mine is booked in for Tuesday to sort this issue.

I'm also hoping they would be able to update the stereo to work with Android Auto! It was released on Citroen models a few weeks ago.

Ha ha me too, I'm guessing this recall (code: NZP) is directly related to this problem which is now fixed for my car, I will call to check.

I phoned and they said this recall does a bit more than the software update I have already had so to bring it in again.
