Hi all.
Apoligies if this has allready been covered ive looked but couldnt find it.

on Monday i changed my broken keyfob and replaced the battery. on Friday i come to use my C3. The doors lock/unlock fine but when i came to start it the engine turned over but would not fire up.
has changing the battery somehow un sync'd its self with the immobliser? if so is there any home fix for this? the C3 is a 53 plate 1.4 lx

please help guys,

Hi Simon

From what you've said, I'm guessing that you've changed the top part of the key with the remote buttons?

I'm also guessing that you didn't take the immobiliser chip out of the old casing in which case your car definitely won't start.
If at first you don't succeed, destroy all the evidence and pretend you never tried :lol:
