I have (what I read is a C3 common problem), with my central locking not working. The key fob unlocks the boot and not the doors. I can unlock the drivers door with the key but none of the other doors will open. So I read it is to do with a board down by the fuse box needing to be replaced.

I read that it is a board, but cannot remember where I read it of or the board. Can anyone point me in the direction of the post where this has been resolved?

The drivers door lock will only unlock the drivers door when the key is used in the lock. This is how it is designed to work.

As for the faulty power board in the BSI, the original topic for investigation is here (thanks to Rogerborg) and his 'Help me break in to my C3?' topic and a solution post thanks to Outbound1 for the tips section solution for - C3 Central Locking BSI Repair -. This covers the central locking/unlocking not working for some situations, just like the one you are facing.

A new bsi board is very expensive and will probably make the car uneconomical to repair.

What will Citroen charge you for a new BSI?

This is not what is shown in the solution found in the links above.
