Hi,
I've dropped my ring in the car and it's gone through the gap in the cover around the handbrake and I can't reach it. Is there a way that I can remove the center plastic cover myself to get to my ring?
Thanks.

Hello MelHasACar, there are some pictures for removing the centre console on the C3 in this topic (here), a little down the pageMelHasACar wrote:Hi,

Thank you very much for your reply, I've managed to get the top off like in the post, but I'm struggling to see how to get the part surrounding the handbrake off, as that's where I need to be.C3CAR wrote:Hello MelHasACar, there are some pictures for removing the centre console on the C3 in this topic (here), a little down the page
I've attached a photo of the part I need to remove to get under with a circle where I need to get to.
Thanks.

Put your finer in the hole where the right arrow points and lift up the handbrake surround. Its a small plastic part that can be completely removed.MelHasACar wrote:Thank you very much for your reply, I've managed to get the top off like in the post, but I'm struggling to see how to get the part surrounding the handbrake off, as that's where I need to be.C3CAR wrote:Hello MelHasACar, there are some pictures for removing the centre console on the C3 in this topic (here), a little down the page

Then remove the rubbish from the drinks holder and there is a plastic cap under the right arrow. Lever off the cap and this will reveal a nut. Undo this nut with a small socket set.
You should then be able to finish removing the centre console.
