My mum has a C3 and recently she's heard a rattle in her drivers door. I took the panel off and found the piece pictured below in the bottom of the door.
She hasn't used her electric window in case it's from there. I called in to the Citroen garage and they tell me all the parts used inside the door are matt plastic, this is shiny plastic. A dark grey colour.
Has anyone had a bit like this break off?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.
Lesley.
Can you identify this part? Found inside drivers door

No, and it going to be difficult to get it back togetherLesley_B wrote:Has anyone had a bit like this break off?

Yours looks incomplete so I would suggest sourcing a replacement from eBay (click here) but they are hard to find

Hi, thanks so much. At least mum can use her window now. Everything else seems to be working ok, at least for now. I
Even the citroen mechanic didn't know what it was.
This is why I love forums.
Thanks again.

It looks like a counter weight, does the outside door handle 'feel' different on operating it compare to the other door?Lesley_B wrote:Hi, thanks so much. At least mum can use her window now. Everything else seems to be working ok, at least for now. I
