C3 face lift 58 plate tow bar

Hello this is the first time posting i am on my third C3 Hdi so yes i do love them i have just sold my 03 plate mk1 (is that right?) 1.4 Hdi and removed the almost new towbar but on attempting to fit it to the new car a face lift 58 plate 1.6 Hdi there are no captive nuts in the chassis rails for the side bars my question is did they stop fitting them or am i looking in the wrong place or do i need another towbar?

The captive nuts should be covered with tape, and by now a layer of dirt over the tape :D
