The front swapper doesn't work probably some times it works and some times not , also the air condition lights and the in-car lights some time it works and some time not. I went to electrical centre to fix the car they said that I have to change the BSI - which is really expensive they didn't give any alternative to changing it. Please advice if there is any other option to fix it without changing the BSI. I do really care more about the swapper not the lights if you have a solution for the swapper only that would be great.

Try BBA Reman (via their ebay store) who can quote you for a repair of the BSI.

Yes, a new BSI is very expensive :|

The other option is a second hand Citroen C3 BSI and ECU and Kit (here) where you change the ECU and the BSI and keys to get a working car. You will need to configure the replacement BSI to talk to the rest of the car, use lexia for this.
You can add an avatar to your account - Avatar or change your vehicle details - Car Bio or even add a signature to your posts - Signature. But this is not all you can do in the User Control Panel :)
