Hi
I just found that my passenger side lock is broken (presume its a attempted theft)
it now looks exactly like the 1st picture of this topic citroen-c3-tips/c3-door-handle-removal-t161.html
any idea what I should do with it?
the central lock still works, and the door still locks/unlocks
not sure if it was really broken into, as I don't see anything missing (but there was nothing worth stealing)
could any garage get a replacement or is this more manufacturer/dealers kind of repair?
I cant remember if there was actually a keyhole/lock on the passenger side
to be honest I don't really care if I can get a lock barrel(?) replacement, as I use central locking remote anyway
is it possible to get just get cover for that area?(was there only a cover there before?)
and if so where could I get it?
would my car be easily broken into right now with that hole there?
thanks in advance for any advice
really appreciate any help I can get

Don't worry. No one was trying to break into your car! That is not the way to even try

The part that is missing is easily removed and on some cars they just fall off (probably a car wash?).
They are only fitted from the outside and just clip on (probably why they do come off so easily).
Its something you could fit yourself and doesn't require any tools. Have a look at this link (click here - ebay) to find the part you need (they come in different colours and as you mention, some have holes for the lock).

I don't know if C4 door handle parts fit the C3. You could ask the seller?Smilie wrote:EDIT:
