Hello
There is a lot of surface rust on the disc.
You can get this if the car has been standing a long time without use but it is often not that bad .
It may be worth fitting new pads and discs if there is a lip on the outer edge of the disc.
If the disc is in otherwise good condition then clean it up with some wire wool or emery cloth before driving.
I guess both sides are the same?
If not, then check the rusty side actually works.

Remove the brake pads and see how much friction material is left.

Thanks, the car has been standing still for quite some time, it is a gift from a neighbor, it has a 3 mm burr of children around the disc. I don't know whether to change all brakes and discs ...

Change the discs and pads at the same time
You can get a good deal on discs and pads here on ECP for the Citroen C3. Enter your reg to narrow down the search. But be prepared to look at your existing discs to see if they are vented or solid as that can help pinpoint the right parts for your car.
