Well I had a problem with my blower and googled it and found the problem was the 40amp fuse so I replaced this and it worked again yay but...... a few weeks later the blower stopped working again it started off by starting and stopping then just stopped altogether I've checked the fuse again and it's fine and I also checked the heating resistor near the clutch pedal and used an amp reader and it seemed to be okay sooo now I have no clue what has caused this problem any help ??

I would be concerned that the fuse blew. They shouldn't under normal circumstances.
You may find the control panel has melted because the fuse didn't blow again. All due to what is probably a faulty blower motor.
Remove the control panel for the blower and look for melted wires and plastics. If that is ok, then it may just be a faulty motor.
This topic - Citroen C3 Heater console illumination shows the screws that hold the control panel in place.
The blower motor is behind the dashboard, access it after removing the glovebox (RHD car).
