hi guys is there any way of stopping the bleeping sound at the back of the speedo the heater bars go right to the top then the bleeping only lasts about 3 seconds I know nothing is wrong it just dose my head in. Citroen will want silly money just for looking then silly money to fix it if they do please help thanks :cry:

Not that I am aware of. I have not found an option in lexia to switch it off either.

You have checked the level of coolant in the expansion tank to be between mini and maxi?

the annoying part is every thing is working as it should water level ok sensors ok no over heating heater working blowing hot air so every thing working as it should. just this annoying thing the heater bars go Wright to the top then come down to normal then bleeps for about 4 seconds and its doing it more now just feel like ripping the dashboard out and cutting lots of wires :x

How about the engine cooling fan, have you ever heard it spin up?

There is a problem detected by the car, that's why it beeps. It may be easier to find and fix the fault than rip out the dashboard to find the beeper? Unfortunately its going to be a job for lexia/diagbox.
You can add an avatar to your account - Avatar or change your vehicle details - Car Bio or even add a signature to your posts - Signature. But this is not all you can do in the User Control Panel :)

Could be any number of things, leaving keys in when you open the door will do this.

problem solved went to main dealers a bought a water heat sensor cost 8 times more than the one i got of ebay so looks like it dose not like aftermarket stuff. ebay £4.00 citroen dealer £32.00 inc rubber ring. at least Dick Turpin had a mask
