beep when raising wiper arm?!?

When you raise the wiper arm, 3 beeps are heard. what would be the reason?
0 - intermittent - (3beeps) 1 - 2 .

on the way back:
2- 1- (3 beeps) - intermittent - 0


Also, when we pull the wiper arm towards ourselves, the windshield washer system works. When we turn the part at the end of the arm, the rear window washing system works. In my vehicle, when you turn the part at the end of the arm, the front and rear washer work together. Could the beeper have something to do with this problem?
