You may have the wrong ones.

The C3 roll bar bushes are split.
Febi 39625 anti roll bar bushes Citroen C3
Febi 39625 anti roll bar bushes Citroen C3
Antirollbar bushes for a Citroen C3
Antirollbar bushes for a Citroen C3
These are a pair of C3 roll bar bushes 5094.91 and you can see a split in one (the other is facing the wrong way)

You can pick up the right ones here on euro car parts, but the image of the Q-Drive bush looks solid :(

Have a look at this link >click here for ebay< and you will see the same Febi 39625 split bushes for the C3 as in my pictures.

You will find it very difficult to remove the anti rollbar. You may just have to disconnect it from the drop-link stabiliser bar and slide them along the anti rollbar to get them on.

They have a metal curved spring in the rubber. Haynes says to align the flats in the rollbar with the flats on the bush. You should be able to lever open the bush a bit against the spring pressure and then fit it over the flattened bit of the rollbar. I am sure some lube is going to help ease things along.
