I have a 2002 citroen c3 , the air/con control panel has an issue , every other button works fine and it does light up , however the air blower direction button has stopped working, I appreciate there may be an issue with the flaps getting jammed however the arrows dont even appear when I press the button and the direction doesnt change.
Apart from this ,the missing bump stop , broken front spring and split exhaust its all going really well.
The temperature adjustment/speed is working fine.
Thanks in advance.

I would just go for another Citroen C3 a/c control panel from ebay (here) and take it from there.
These are the instructions to remove the a/c control panel
You can add an avatar to your account - Avatar or change your vehicle details - Car Bio or even add a signature to your posts - Signature. But this is not all you can do in the User Control Panel

There is a single servo that controls the direction flap on the blower housing.
I'm not sure but a failure of that may also cause the symptoms that you are describing.
I will try and get a picture of the servo and see if I can replicate the fault.
