Hi all,

New to the forum.

I own a C3 Aircross Feel (67 plate) and air con has been working fine up until this evening.

Put the aircon on to blow towards face and its blowing feet.

Tried turning air con on and off, tried changing the direction from face to windscreen to feet and all combinations of them but it's still only blowing on feet.

Reset the touch screen to factory settings and it's still doing the same.

Any help would be appreciated. I'm in no way a mechanically minded person so please explain things as simply as possible

Cheers

Hi ThatTomGuy

There are computer controlled diverter stepper motors or solenoids to change the air-flow direction. If you are not mechanically minded and you have tried the reset then I would suggest you take it into a Citroen approved dealer for investigation and a quote.
