When mine comes on and I don't want it, I just switch it off. Only one press of a button.skyman wrote:hi could anybody tell me is there anyway i can disconnect the a/c from working don't want to mess with it just take a elec plug out to stop it working wife don't like it says its to cold and I don't like it on. only asking as it comes on automatically. thanks in advance
There is a plug and socket on the compressor clutch, you could try disconnecting this. It should stop the a/c from engaging the compressor.
