Hi all,

Well the subject pretty much says it all. I've had my 54 Reg Citroen C3 semi-auto for about two weeks now.

Where it used to say the amount of miles I have driven it since purchasing from a dealership (Around 250 miles) it now says '210 miles max'. It started off saying '180 miles max' earlier today and then it went up.

Im so confused - max for what?! whats going to happen after 210 miles?! What on earth am I missing.

If this is a totally ridiculous question feel free to make fun of me - I've just had such awful luck with cars this past year (I'm on my 3rd one in nine months) that I can't help but fear the worst.

All levels seem fine - oil, coolant etc. No warning lights on.

Do you think it could be the miles of fuel left in the tank?

Try pressing the stalk control button, (it probably has a circle on it) and you should be able to cycle through the options..

You can't see the circle, but its the one that is arrowed.


If there is no circle on it, look for the double arrow head

On switching on the ignition, the maintenance indicator spanner appears in the display for several seconds. The mileage recorder display indicates how many miles remain to be travelled before the next service is due (in thousands and hundreds of miles)
The service indicator shows how many miles until a service is due, not since the service was done.
