Please can someone identify the fuse for the rear wiper.
2006 facelift 1.6 HDi VTR
Glove box fuse board fitted is the one shown in pictures for 2007 onwards (straight
row) but the picture and diagram shown in forum doesn't identify the rear wiper fuse.
Many thanks
Mark

Hi smokescreen, welcome to the forum.
Fuse 1, 13 and 7 are grey on the diagram because their function is not currently known. My suggestion is to check those first, then report back
I don't have a 2006 facelift shape car to hand to check which fuse is the rear wash wipe and the manual I have doesn't show either - sorry
Edit: 1, 13 and 7 updated to the correct colour - thank you

Thanks for your prompt reply, I'll check and get back to you.
Right, just had a quick check. Fuse 1 is 15A, fuses 13 & 7 are 5A.
As the rear wiper was fused on previous models at 15A I would assume
that fuse 1 would almost certainly be the one however, in my case, it
had not blown. I didn't have time to do any fault diagnostics on whether
there was voltage at the fuse holder or at the motor but will try later this
week.
Thanks
Mark

Well, low and behold its fixed itself. I checked all the 15A rated fuses in the glove box fuse box - all OK and when trying the rear wiper it worked!!

I like that, if only they could all be that easyWell, low and behold its fixed itself.

Sounds like it could have been a loose connection and the checking you have done has made the connection good again.
Thanks for the update!
