[2003] 3 beeps and a wrench/spanner picture?

I hope this is posted in the correct sub. If not I'm sorry.

I own a Citreon C3 2003 desire. When I turn the key to the point the battery comes on then everything lights up and when the lights turn off it beeps 3 times with a picture if a spanner within the orange screen.
At 1st I thought it was in need of a service so I seen a video on YouTube on how to reset the service check. (I had already changed the anti freeze and oil. I also checked over everything properly so the car doesn't need to be serviced).
Sometimes when I'm driving it does the same 3 beeps but with no wrench/spanner picture. There is no engine light or anything so I really am confused what it's trying to tell me. The car runs how it should. The temperature gauge is all good and the fan only spins when it's driven allot. The heaters all work fine aswell so the cooling system seems to be working fine. The car doesn't appear to be suffering any power loss aswell. Do I need to get a computer plugged in to reset the computer or is there actually an issue that I'm not aware of?

Do you have the "speed alert" button illuminated? It's the button on the right of the radio that looks like a dial with a triangle at the 1 o'clock position. If so, press the button and the lamp should go off.
It is a warning that you have exceeded a pre-determined speed. I wont go into it now but see if that works.
