I don't know of any diagrams for it internally and its been found that it much easier to change the unit as a whole, rather than delve into the black box of unknown electronics.

i mean that which is responsible for switch on headlights .
i wanna bypass faulty relay...,
so i wanna to find cable between switch(around steering wheel), and relay unit....

Its a CAN/VAN bus system from the stalk controls to the BSM (engine fuse box).

Its easier to just change a faulty BSM module with one from ebay (here)

If you have a faulty stalk control, then its easier to change the COM2000 unit with the right one from here on ebay.

If you want to test the BUS link between the stalks (COM2000) and the BSM (engine fuse box) use a lexia system on a laptop, there is information about the lexia system here. This can help determine if its a COM2000 or BSM module fault, but it may just be cheaper to swap parts?
