Hi all I've just purchased a c3 sensodrive 53reg but as I can only drive an automatic transmission it's kept in auto all the time.My issue is the gear changes are very slow and it seems to pause before it changes is this normal?? I'm used to putting my foot on the accelerator and it moves but the c3 seems very slow to respond. Any advice would be great .

If you put your foot down and the revs rise but the car doesn't speed up accordingly, you probably have a worn clutch plate. Other problems with changing gear is down to the clutch actuator, both expensive repairs.

When you accelerate do the revs rise but the speed doesn't rise accordingly?
