when I am driving i hear a sound and I see ( * S ) together at the screen and the car becomes slower than usual , I have C3 Auto Motor 1380 Please Help"

( * S ) is 'sport' and 'snow' it indicates a fault with the automatic gearbox which has been detected by the gearbox ECU.

The sport and snow just say there is a problem, but it can't say what the problem is.

You need lexia or a citroen dealer to connect up an read the error codes in the gearbox to diagnose what the fault is.
