2019 what is "snowflake" mode

Hi,
I would like to ask you about "snowflake mode".
I have a new car and I don't have a "snowflake" mode.
I have "sport mode" button on the left, but on the right side I don't have a "snowflake" button.
I have a plug there.
My dealer told me, that in new cars they don't have this mode too..
What do you think?
Very strange, because I see on every video/pics this button in new C3 :))

Would you ever need a snowflake mode?

Maybe they don't fit snowflake mode in your region because you don't get snow?
Snowflake and sport mode on a Citroen C3 automatic.
Snowflake and sport mode on a Citroen C3 automatic.
There are several different automatic and semi automatic gearboxes fitted to the C3 and you probably have picked one that doesn't have snow mode. I would imagine if you needed snow mode, you would have asked for one that has it?

I'm writing from Poland. I have a snow now :)

I see on every pics, videos, brochures (brochure from dealer too) that car has this mode.
In polish manual there is a snowflake mode too.

I think that I will never use this mode :) but it was very strange.
I didn't know that C3 could have diffrent types of automatic gearbox.
