Citroen C3 Owners

Hey folks

I attempted to run a diagnostics on my 2007 C3 in order to activate my AUX input on my radio, however when I connect my lexia to the obd it reads the VIN successfully, but when I try to run a global diagnostics on the car, I get 'NO' in the boxes for all the items under communication. Even when I try to run individual diagnostics, there is no communication.

I tried to test my set up on my 2003 C3, and with the same tools, I get the diagnostics done without a problem, so my program and scanning tool seem to be working fine.

Does anyone know what could be causing this issue?

2003 and 2007 cars will use different systems within your software, so it's not really a great test.

Try on another 2006 or later for a proper test.

But it does sound like the diagbox software isn't working properly for the later car (2007 is a later car).
