i have 2002 C3 which has had a ecu bsi change , the problem is the bsi is not the same as original and certain things don't work, ignition is live with key out etc , I could fit the original bsi which would be easier and re programme the new ecu/key to work with it .
I've bought a lexia programme and loaded to a computer , when plugged in it gets to the vin number and enter rpo number , when I enter the rpo code it keeps coming up with 'mozilla.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close'
so I can't enter the system to do anything :-(

can I have some help please before it goes to the scrapyard

You can't reprogram the engine ECU or the BSI to work with a different one, that's why they were both changed. (immo fail)

It sounds like the install is corrupt, try removing it and reinstall. There are sources via google to download a different version of lexia if your DVD is no good.

When you get lexia working it may be worth putting your old BSI in to record all the settings that were not recorded before the change. Then you can reprogram the new BSI much more quickly than trial and error.
You can add an avatar to your account - Avatar or change your vehicle details - Car Bio or even add a signature to your posts - Signature. But this is not all you can do in the User Control Panel :)
