Hello

I haven't tried it in windows 10, but if you run a virtual machine in windows 10 as a windows 7 32bit, the lexia/diagbox lives and works in that virtual machine.

I recommend using an old or redundant laptop and install windows 7 32bit onto that to install lexia natively, internet not required so running 7 isn't an issue.
