Hello there my wifes car is a 03 1.4 hdi and the lexia works perfectly fine the only thing we struggled with finding a laptop with the right os as it has to be windows xp or windows 7 32 bit version.

Hello,
thank you
Also my LEXIA works well.
Did you install DIAGBOX (that includes both LEXIA and PP2000) or only LEXIA?
When you enter in DIAGBOX, you can select your car model (or insert the VIN).
Then you can choose one of two applications:
- LEXIA
-SCANTOOLS
When you launch LEXIA, it asks for an OPR , there i insert a random number, seems it is not important
Instead, if you choose SCANTOOLS, it asks for User and Password.
I dont know these User/Password;
during installation i used always a password (that is, scary01), but i think this is not the user/pwd to access scantools.
But also in the main DIAGBOX window, at the top of the screen there is a button 'Autheticate' : if you press it, it asks you the User/PAssword
I dont know if i have to set somewhere the User and Password (perhaps create an account?)
Thanks!
thank you

The opr is very important as its a birthday code for your car so those i think 5 little numbers tell the lexia what/which car and systems you have i.e what model of ecu you have!!
I installed everything on the 2 discs and just followed the instructions i was given.
i only ever use the lexia part of the software as ours is a older 53 plate car.
i dont think you can create an account as the software is a clone of what citroen use as i have the scary01 password! someone with more knowledge would be able to confirm this

Thank you,
but i have just a question:
what you see on the top of the window, when you go over with the mouse, here (see the yellow arrow):
In my case, it tells me a message:
'User not authenticated, press F11 to authenticate'
and if i click, it opens this window:
This does not happen for you?
Which user/password i have to put there?
Thanks!

If you don't hover over that part of the screen or click that bit with the yellow arrow, you don't get prompted for a password.vicolodo wrote:but i have just a question:

You can find the location of the RPO on the car in this topicMATTHEW LOMAX wrote:The opr is very important as its a birthday code for your car so those i think 5 little numbers tell the lexia what/which car and systems you have i.e what model of ecu you have!!

I have also found this to be the case on 2002 and 53 (2003) plate cars. Do as MATTHEW LOMAX suggests by only using Lexia and everything works just fine.MATTHEW LOMAX wrote:i only ever use the lexia part of the software as ours is a older 53 plate car.
