Setting the steering wheel splines on the steering column shaft correctly so the wheels point in the right direction.

There is a mark on the steering wheel and the steering column, just align the marks.

The shroud around the COM2000 is probably not installed correctly and the steering wheel is rubbing on the shroud.

Look up D6RA110 starter motor on ebay. Note that your starter has a very triangular shaped mounting flange. So that should sort it from ring-ins. If you do decide to get a new or second hand starter, pull the locating dowel out of the flange of yours. The "other" starter may not come with ...

You may have to make a repair on yours, all depending where it is leaking.

Taking it off and inspecting may help identify what's not right with it and can lead you to a fix. :D
