Finally got back on after days of thinking the site was down, thanks C3 Admin for sorting it. anyways locksmith came out tuesday and the fob was knackered, he cut a new key and programmed the new fob alls good now. £140 for the fix including call out that the dealer paid for, spare key i paid for £6...

this topic gives you all the info you need, the one on the left is to brighten or dim the display

my fuses are
F17 (40A) Heated rear screen i have changed it from a standard 40A to a maxi 40A but still the same

ive not checked under the rubber boot as yet will do that tomm

Yep you are right m8, whipped off the drum this morning and it was totally covered in dust and small pices of metal. cleaned it all out, slightly sanded the hole for the sensor to make sure of no rust in there. put it all back and error gone, seemed the build up of crap on the ring was messing with ...

The electrical connector was slightly loose so hopefully problem solved, if not i will tuck a piece of paper in to secure it more.
