OBD security

Hi, I'm a new owner of a new C3 and after its first 1000 miles still very happy :) I'm also happy to have come across this forum where technical information is shared. Being aware of car thefts, my first 'mod' to the C3 was adding an OBD lock or 'OBD Saver' in order to prevent key reprogramming and ...

Re: Citroen C3 ORGA, RPO, RP or Birthday codes location

This is what the label looks like now: RP-label-C3_3_csw.JPG It's on the right hand side at the bottom of the B pillar, visible when you open the door. You enter the first five digits into the calculator, so in this example 15787 -> 29 January 2020. What I'm curios about: the factory code, the last ...

Engineers made a big secret about anything involving locking and immobiliser and only a few guys knew everything about it. I did not have the ...

Re: self-approval

Did you try the 'approve' button :D I wonder what will happen? Didn't dare to :-) So much responsibility. I guess it would just have said "please do not press this button again" Or the Universe would have imploded 8-) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VimTTtmTbmQ VimTTtmTbmQ

Re: General approach to repairs and diagnostics Diagbox question

Excellent answers. Technicians' experience is always required. To support them, car manufacturers provide guided diagnostics systems. These systems read diagnostic data and also ask the technicians to perform certain steps like revving the engine and then answer questions such as "did you see b...

Re: "Max" in circle on LCD display

(MAX) shows when traffic sign recognition is activated (in the config menu). If you activate speed limiter (car won't go faster than traffic sign allows), there will be an arrow pointing from (MAX) upwards to the limiting speed. It's in the manual but tbh it's so unintuitive, I'll have forgotten aga...

Re: 2020 fuse box layout?

Hi, I've found the post about all the fuse box layouts up to 2010. Is there a layout somewhere for the 2020? thanks Hello There are not any here yet... But if there is interest in the 2020 fusebox layout topic it may magically appear one day :D :D It has indeed magically appeared already  An...

Re: 2020 fuse box layout?

Seems I have a fourth fuse box
Could this be for the tow bar socket?
I also have a rear view camera with parking sensors.
