2009 - 2013 Second Generation - Model Information

2010 brought the Citroen C3 its second generation. A new, larger body style with a restyled interior departs from the original 2002 design. This model was current up till 2013 where it was give its facelift.

Engines inclued with the second generation are those from the first generation but added the BMW 'Prince' E..

Designations used to identify the 2009 version of the Citroen C3 are SC, A51 and 'The Visiospace' from its advertising slogan at the time.

Citroen C3 SC/A51 Second Generation Models VT, VTR+ and Exclusive

The second generation of Citroen C3 carried over the earlier models' final VT, VTR+ and Exclusive models. This simplification of the models started in the first generation of cars in the later years. And it continued into 2010.

The VT is the base model, and features are added to the base to produce the VTR+, and then further additions to the specifications make the Exclusive model. EBD and EBA - the braking distribution and assistance build on the early versions with ABS to bring the spec to modern standards.
